Refund Policy

You can cancel your order at any point in time, up to the date we ship your robot. After that, you have 14-days to return the robot. To do that, you need to follow these steps:

1. Contact us at sales@dandytek.com and tell us you want to return your robot.
2. We will give you an RMA number and instructions on what to do. These will include where you need to return the robot.
3. You need to label the box with the RMA number on the outside of the box and return it to the address provided.
