Shipping policy

Dandy Technology generally ships using UPS. The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer; in other words, you pay the costs for shipping. The exception to this is for RMA service.

In this case, Dandy Technology will be responsible for the shipping both from your location and returning the product to you. In order to take advantage of this, you must contact our Customer Service department at support@dandytek.com and obtain an RMA number and a call tag for the shipment. Please note: shipping is paid for only to/from a US address.
